We do not provide a returns label or pay for returns shipping.
We do not ship to PO boxes with Fedex express service as they need signature upon arrival.
We strictly do not accept returns or exchanges for the following items: (1) accessories, (2) bodysuits, (3) Final Sale items (Clearance Sale items included), (4) jewelry, (5) lingerie, (6) sleepwear, (7) swimwear, (8) homeware
All shoes and bags returned can only be refunded in the form of store credit as they are made to order.
Items must be in their brand-new, unused condition with their original tags and packaging. Any items that have been worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way will be rejected.
Please contact us immediately if you receive a defective items.
Items returned to us that are not eligible for a refund or store credit will be discarded or sent back to you at your own expense.
We do not accept packages returned on a cash-on-delivery basis or packages requiring additional payment.
All items purchased with a gift card or store credit are not eligible for return. Gift cards purchased and store credit issued by
Lopevisa cannot be exchanged or refunded.
Returns must be issued as credit to the original form of payment. If this is not possible, returns will be issued in the form of store credit.
All shipping charges and governmental taxes are non-refundable.
Shipping fees will not be refunded for undeliverable orders. We may charge additional fees to cover any costs incurred.
We do not offer store credit for the price difference at any time.
Cancellations are only accepted for full-priced items, within 60 minutes after an order is placed.
